Retail Associate (part-time and full-time)
Duties: Join the Goodwill team and experience flexible hours and an exciting work environment. The main duties of this position include cashiering and providing exceptional customer service. Retail Assistant Manager

Duties: Goodwill of Central Virginia’s retail operations division is looking for results-oriented leaders. Varied schedule includes days, evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include recruitment, training and scheduling. Accurately receiving merchandise and creating attractive displays. Completing required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Effectively train, supervise and evaluate store personnel. HS Diploma/GED, reliable transportation and a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a retail environment required. $12.00 per hour.
Requirements: High School diploma, two years supervisory experience.

Career Development and Support Services
Program Aide, TIE
Hours: Full-time position - schedule 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wage: $11.00/hr .

Duties: To provide supervision and training to T.I.E. Program participants. Provide information to Program Coordinator, Case Manager Counselor, job Placement Counselor and Work Experience Counselor regarding participant attendance, productivity, behavior and progress. Monitor and complete all (RDSS, CDSS, HDSS) participant monthly attendance reports including calculation of hours in each job readiness activity, hours worked and training classes attended off site.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in Human Services field is a plus.

Employment Resource Facilitator - Bilingual

Duties: Duties and responsibilities of this position must be conducted in English and Spanish. In this position you will be responsible for making appropriate community referrals for program participants as the need arises. Linking and monitoring of service deliveries (i.e. transportation, childcare, housing, family support, etc.) Performing screenings and assessments for services. Tracking the daily flow of traffic coming into the Employment Center. This includes all service tracking information as well as coordinating all services available in the Employment Center. Facilitation of trainings at Community Employment Centers.
Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish. High School diploma, customer service and Windows Microsoft Office suite is required. Project Manager, Document Destruction

Duties: This individual will be directly responsible for both managing and growing our Document Destruction business. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with the proven ability to manage others. The ability to prospect, close, and maintain accounts is highly desired. We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills. This position combines sales and management of the Document Destruction staff. The successful candidate must have the desire to succeed.
Proven ability to both manage others and prospect and close new accounts. Strong planning, organization, follow through and teamwork skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with strong customer service and account management. Must have problem solving and analytical skills. Must be computer literate, be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Major Responsibilities:
• Achieving budgeted results
• Managing Document Destruction staff
• Controlling costs, maintaining the designated expense to revenue ratios, and operating within budget allocations
• Ensuring efficient and effective communications
• Preparation of all quality control programs, budgets and reports
• Coordinating contract specifications and delivery routes
• Ensure that all contract policies and procedures are being enforced
• Knowledgeable of all aspects of destruction business and industry, contract specifications, requirements, bidding, scheduling, quality requirements, etc.
• Preparation of bids and proposals
• Generating and closing of new business
• Developing and maintaining major accounts
• Negotiating contracts with key accounts
• Networking with local organizations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of management experience preferred.
2+ years of successful outside sales experience preferred.
