NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:
Signing up for the contest. If you signed up for the contest on the Goodwill web site you are automatically entered to win a $50 shopping spree at a local Goodwill store. You must agree ("opt-in") to receive e-mail regarding special offers and other agency information. One entry per person please.
Goodwill of Central Virginia is not responsible for errors, partial transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Goodwill on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any web site or any combination thereof.
DISQUALIFICATION: All of your entries in this and all other contests sponsored by Goodwill in the past, present, or future, will be automatically disqualified without notice or recourse if you promote the Contest through unsolicited commercial e-mail, multiple repetitive postings to UseNet Newsgroups or even one posting to inappropriate UseNet Newsgroups or any other violation of Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation of such Acceptable Use Policy will prevent you from entering any future contest sponsored by Goodwill.
ELIGIBILITY: All Central Virginia residents who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the contest may participate, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental/guardian consent to enter the contest. By entering, you represent to Goodwill that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian. Employees of Goodwill and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this shopping spree contest. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants Goodwill permission to use his/her name for promotion purposes without additional compensation. This contest is subject to these complete and Official Rules.
SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected in an electronically randomized manner on the last business day of each month. The winner will be notified on the day of the drawing.
NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be notified by phone (as indicated on the online entry form). The gift certificate will be sent to the address that was included on the submission form. Goodwill is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of phone numbers or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.
REDEMPTION: Gift certificates are non-transferable and no cash will be given back from purchases using the certificates.
CONDITIONS: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
